  MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MBE)

RCA is a Minority Business Enterprise certified through the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC) a chapter of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, the oldest, most respected and most recognized Minority certifying body in the United States.  RCA’s certification is honored by all NMSDC chapters and other certifying organizations. 

RCA’s President, Ronald Hall Sr., MMBDC’s President from 1993 to 1998 and present board member, also has held various positions on NMSDC and the MMBDC committees.  He is nationally known for his work in bringing awareness to Fortune 1000 companies of the importance of diversity spending with MBEs in minority communities.  In addition to his public contributions, Ron Hall is the President of Bridgewater Interiors, a successful automobile seat assembler with sales of $800 million and a work force of 1,000.   Bridgewater is the third largest African American owned company in the U.S. with 98% of its employees being minorities and 51% of those being female.  Ron Hall doesn’t just “talk the talk, he walks the walk.”
